This policy covers Inside Soccer Limited (ISL) and its use of personal information collected when you use the InsideSoccer.com website. The policy also gives you information about cookies, ISL's and third parties' use of cookies and how you reject cookies.

You will be asked to submit personal information about yourself (e.g. name and email address) in order to register to receive or use services on InsideSoccer.com . Such services include newsletters, competitions, live chats, message boards and file downloads and other future developments

By entering your details, you enable ISL and its service providers to provide you with the services you select. Whenever you provide personal information, we will treat it in accordance with this policy. When using your personal information ISL will act in accordance with current legislation and aim to meet current Internet best practice.

2. Visitor Data

Also, if you post or send offensive, inappropriate or objectionable content anywhere on InsideSoccer.com or otherwise engage in any disruptive behaviour on InsideSoccer.com, ISL may use whatever information available to it about you to stop such behaviour. This may involve informing relevant third parties such as law enforcement agencies about the content you have posted.

We will hold your personal information for as long as you use the InsideSoccer.com service, and remove it when you no longer wish to continue your registration. ISL may store messaging transcript data (including message content, member names, times and dates) arising from the use of InsideSoccer.com community services for a period of six months. 7. Changes in Our Privacy Policy

From time to time we may make changes to our privacy policy and will post them on the Inside Soccer.com website.  A User is bound by any changes to the policy when he or she uses the site after those changes have been posted.

 

8. Access to your personal information

You have the right to request a copy of the personal information ISL holds about you and to have any inaccuracies corrected. (We will charge £10 for information requests.)

9. Users who are minors

If you are under 14 or a minor under applicable law please obtain your parent/guardian's permission beforehand whenever you provide personal information to the InsideSoccer.com website. Users without this consent are not permitted to provide us with personal information.
