One of the most talented young goalkeeping coaches around, Guillermo has great experience both as a player and as a coach. As a player he had a distinguished professional career in his native Colombia, culminating with him being the National goalkeeper between 1996 and 2000. Currently he is a specialist goalkeeping coach at various US Youth and Academy teams as well as being a significant part of the US National U/17 goalkeeping staff.

Leo played for many years in the world famous Ajax Youth Academy and Reserve team. He continued his playing career as a professional in the Greek league before a bad injury brought that career to an end. Leo took up coaching and specialized in teaching technical skills to players at all levels of the game. Currently he is the skills coach at Manchester City in the EPL, but his specialist coaching has seen him work with, among others, Galatasary in Turkey and the Chinese U/15 National Team.
