Henk is currently the Academy Director of Club Brugge of Belgium. He joined them in 2007 having been a Director of a regional development centre for the world famous Ajax of Amsterdam. Henk has written numerous coaching articles in Holland and has recently published a global series of coaching books titled “The Soccer Method”

Tracey gained her UEFA 'A' License in 2004 and has since worked with various girls' teams in the UK. At her current club, Barnet FC, she has seen her team promoted for the 2nd successive year. Tracey is also assistant to the England National U/17 girls team and her work there has seen her travel to all parts of the world for tournaments and seminars.
